JOBOVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for the analytical review ofGlobal Dental P&L Forecast and Budget submissions. Provides financial support to Global Dentalbusiness partners by summarizing results, explaining variances and identifyingtrends. Coordinates collection ofManagement information from both North American Dental entities andInternational Dental businesses. Prepares and maintains monthly reports and other ad hoc requests asneeded.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare consolidated Global Dental Headcount reports for Actuals, Forecasts and Budgets along with related analysis and management schedules.
* Consolidate profit improvement initiative data for all Dental markets and prepare summary reports and analysis for Dental Management.
* Creates various Excel and HFM / PBCS reports to provide analysis per Management requests.
* Assist in the analytical review of International and Global Dental monthly Forecast P&Ls and Annual Budgets. Prepares summary and trend analysis for Dental Management.
* Analyze Working Capital and Capital Expenditures variances and trends
* Prepare consolidated analysis of AR and Inventory reserve analysis
* Prepare consolidated monthly trending and variance analysis of Gross Profit and Opex details
* Participates in special projects and performs other ad hoc duties as requested.

Qualification
MINIMUMWORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years ofincreasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERREDEDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelors Degree orglobal equivalent in related discipline. Masters degree or global equivalent aplus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certificationmay be required to advance.

SPECIFICKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
* Minimum 5 years experience in Financial Analysis.
* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance of the equivalent required.
* Strong financial knowledge, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills as well as attention to detail.
* Strong Excel skills a must.
* Experience with HFM, PBCS and Smartview are highly beneficial.
