KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing and executing Global product road map initiatives for Reveal Digital ecosystems.
Understand customer mindset and barriers to adoption & utilization, and develop/drive successful marketing programs that ladder to business objectives and drive business plan.
Lead the commercial launch process including product positioning, value proposition development, pricing, key claims, KOLs and early adopters targeting
Responsible for developing/executing scalable pilot initiatives and limited market releases
Manages a range of projects that support our strategic and tactical efforts, including market research, development of customer-facing marketing collateral (brochures, emails, web pages, trade advertising, etc.), and creation of new reports to analyze progress in building the business.
Track overall business results including identification and monitoring of key metrics and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends
Analyze the incremental impact of marketing programs including ROI
Understand customer mindset and barriers to adoption and utilization, and develop/drive successful marketing programs that ladder to business objectives
Provide fundamental marketing analyses and current/gap assessment analyses
Monitor competitors activities and market trends
The position also includes responsibility for Product Segment expertise, performance, definition & roadmap, Lifecycle management (monitor in-market feature performance; identify post-launch improvements; End of Life/Service strategies)

Qualification
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelors Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Masters degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
5 years of product management and/or marketing experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Dental experience is highly desirable.
Experience with international global enterprises desired

Ability to lead strategy development, testing and execution

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically 40% to 60% (Domestic and international). Office environment. No special physical demands required.
