Job Description

JOBOVERVIEW:

This position is responsible todevelop, test, analyze and maintain new software applications and standardreporting as well as maintaining and updating existing applications and reportsin support of the achievement of business requirements. Write, code and testapplications and reports. Research, design, document and modify softwarespecifications. Create functional specifications for moderately complex to complexrequirements.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

* Modify and debug more complex existing IT applications for use throughout the Company.
* Analyze existing programs, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, perform coding and test/debug programs.
* Develop system implementation plans.
* Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation.
* Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
* Assist in training users in implementation of system.

KNOWLEDGE:

Seasoned, experienced senior levelprofessional; in-depth knowledge and full understanding of two or moredisciplines and good knowledge of other related disciplines. Strong judgmentand analytical ability, evaluation, originality and ingenuity required toperform tasks. Know and apply the fundamental concepts, practices, andprocedures of a particular field. Resolve a wide range of issues andassignments in creative ways. Assignments are typically broad in nature. Serveas a resource to others to resolve complex problems and issues. May take onproject lead role on small scale projects.

COMPLEXITY:

Work on complex issues/projectswhere analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Usebest practices and knowledge of business issues and strategic direction tosolve complex problems where precedent may not exist; recommend solutions tobusiness challenges. Demonstrate strong judgment in selecting methods andtechniques for obtaining solutions. Network with senior internal and externalpersonnel inside and outside own area of expertise.

SUPERVISION:

Receive minimal instruction onday-to-day work and minimal instruction on new projects or assignments. May act as a resource to provide formal guidancefor TSMs with less experience. Assignments can be broad in nature. May managevendor relationships.

Qualification

WORKEXPERIENCE:

Typically 6 to 8 or more years ofincreasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelors Degree orglobal equivalent in related discipline. Masters degree or global equivalent aplus. May hold one or more industry certifications.

Technical proficiency in specific languagesand development tools, as follows:

Java:

* Excellentknowledge of Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, HTML
* Goodknowledge of Bootstrap, JQuery
* Goodknowledge in Rational Application Developer
* Goodknowledge on AS/400 environments, DB2 Database
* Goodknowledge using Turnover on the AS/400 a plus
* Basicknowledge preparing and deploying applications on IBM WebSphere applicationserver

C and .NET:

* Excellentknowledge of C, ASP.NET, Java, WebShpere, SQL, WebFOCUS, AngularJS, Bootstrap,Entity Framework, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
* Goodknowledge and experience in AS/400 environments with exposure to RPG
* Goodknowledge and experience DB400 and SQL Server experience
* Goodknowledge and experience using Turnover on the AS/400
* Goodknowledge and experience installing, managing and developing reports using theWebFOCUS reporting environment

AS/400:

* Excellentknowledge of RPG, RPG-ILE, CL, SQL, AS/400 environments, DDM, DB2 Database
* Mayrequire knowledge of JDE ERP

.Net Web Developer:

* Excellentknowledge and ability to develop web pages, web services and implementingservice oriented architecture using:
* ASP.NET, C, Visual studio, ADO.NET, WCF, Web services, AJAX,JQuery, JavaScript, bootstrap, CSS, HTML, JSON,XML, VisualRPG
* Excellentknowledge of MS SQL Server development and Performance Tuning, SQL ServerIntegration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

Siebel:

* Excellentknowledge of Siebel application development and implementation
* Excellenttechnical proficiency in Siebel configuration using Siebel Tools
* Good knowledgeof Workflows, Scripting, Web Services
* Goodknowledge of developing required SQL queries and procedures to check results
* Good knowledge of Siebel Call center or sales and service application

PERFORMANCEREQUIREMENTS:

Typically, to advance to a newjob level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistentlybe at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.

TRAVEL/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
