JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the collection, consolidation and reporting of Daily Sales, including monthly weighting. Supports Senior Financial Analysts by loading, consolidating and confirming Actuals, R&Os, and Budgets. Supports Manager by maintaining monthly report cards and collating and distributing financial reports.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Assists in the collection and confirmation of actual, forecast and budget financial data within the Hyperion database. Responsible for the exchange of data with both our subsidiaries and corporate departments.
* Consolidates, analyzes and reports Daily Sales for the International Group.
* Prepares monthly management reports on headcount, E-Commerce, Equipment Backlog, AR Aging and Timeliness of Submission Report Card.
* Assists in the collation and distribution of Financial Reports.
* Creates various Excel and Hyperion reports to provide analysis per management requests. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
* Documents current processes.
* Assists in the administration of the International Hyperion application, which includes application development, incorporating structural changes to accounts / entities, and maintaining reports and schedules,

Qualification
Experience:
Experience in financial analysis a plus. Experience with Hyperion Enterprise and or with foreign / international companies a plus.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent required. MBA a plus.
Must have basic financial knowledge and excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as solid communication skills.
