Required Qualifications:
* 4 year degree in Accounting, Finance, etc. OR accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) OR experience in financial analysis and/or investigations
* Experience with MS Office Suite, including pivot tables to analyze data
* Knowledge of Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and other appropriate federal state, local laws and regulations as required.
* Experience with routine financial transactions
* Experience with Bank Secrecy Act data and transactions to include, but not limited to, Currency Transaction Report (CRT), Suspicious Activity Report (SAR), Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR)
* Knowledge of illicit financial activities to include, but not limited to, money laundering, structing, counter-financing, tax evasion, and loan fraud.
* Demonstrated analytical reasoning skills and sound judgement
* Demonstrated ability to conduct sensitive and in-depth personal interviews while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
* Demonstrated strong elicitation skills and ability to articulate and document information in a well-organized, clear, and concise manner
* Demonstrated representational skills and ability to establish rapport with individuals at all echelons. In addition, demonstrated ability to maintain focus and professional composure in confrontation situations
* Demonstrated verbal skills in presenting issues, conclusions, and options at meetings or briefing to senior management
* Ability to organize multiple cases and/or tasks so that work is completed on schedule.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
* Familiarity with the IC and personnel security databases and repositories for personnel security information
* Familiarity with SEAD 4 and CI issues
* Experience in multiple personnel security disciplines and/or counterintelligence
* Familiarity with US Treasury systems
* Commercial banking experience
