The candidate Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to
* Primary point of contact and point of escalation for assigned project.
* Requires ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
* Responsible for scope, schedule and budget management within acceptable variance
* Drives the project and provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects.
* Supervise, ensure training, and mentor project staff
* Maintain project documentation and ensure status, risks and issues are kept up to date for project. Proactively keep assigned program and government project manager informed.
* Oversees all work and takes corrective action as necessary to ensure success of assigned tasks.
* Responsible for ensuring project tasks are coordinated and implemented in accordance with the Government change and configuration control processes.
* Communicates and collaborates regularly with Gov't lead and provides timely reporting and updates as the technical lead for the assigned project(s).
* Develops technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting. To include, review of future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
* Develop, refine, and enforce use of standardized reporting templates, SOPs, and TTPs
* May also perform high-level technical services on assigned tasks.
* Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
* Attends customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison for project execution.
* Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
* Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
* Ensure quality control and continuous improvement
* Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
Requirements:
* Active SECRET security clearance, with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance
* 8-10 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
* Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
* PMP certification is desired
* Infrastructure Project Management experience with specific experience managing LAN/WAN projects strongly desired.
* Ability to work nights, as required by project schedule
