Job Summary

Essential Functions

* Oversees multiple (7-8) branch operations profitability, including goal establishment, communication, and execution. Monitors and reports on the profitability of assigned area/branch. Interprets financial data and adjusts to manage expenses and achieve profitability.
* Manages branches with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, hiring, and training all branch escrow staff. Delegates assignments provide development opportunities. Manages workflow and resolves escalated issues.
* Develops and monitors branch momentum metrics, reporting information to senior management, and provides recommendations for policy change based on branch results.
* Works with internal and external customers to manage all aspects of resale, new home builds, or refinance escrow transaction. Answers questions and provides guidance regarding products, services, policies, or specific transactions.

* Responsible for an area/region that significantly impacts other areas/regions

* Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations achievement of objectives

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

* Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing skills
* Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans
* Ability to learn needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results and appropriately allocating resources
* Experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure
* Understanding of metrics/dashboards that drive an environment and culture of continuous improvement
* Progressive experience in leading employees in multiple locations, and significant experience developing and implementing solutions
* Possesses problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills
* Results oriented and solution thinking with time management and project management skills
* Displays leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential

Typical Education

* Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Range of Experience

* 8+ years of management/leadership experience
* 5+ years directly related experience
