The integrated marketing function within Commerce Seller Marketing is responsible for creating and driving a holistic seller focused marketing strategy in partnership with consumer, product and business marketing teams. This role will focus on integrated outbound seller marketing. Responsibilities include setting and driving strategy, owning growth metrics, building integrated programs and leading cross-functional leadership teams to drive business goals. The ideal candidate has experience leading marketing strategy and launching integrated marketing programs within the retail/e-commerce environment. They also bring a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, trends and business models for e-commerce as well as an informed perspective on how to move the levers to drive business growth.
Head of Integrated Seller Marketing - Commerce Responsibilities
* Build and execute an integrated seller marketing strategy partnering with marketing, product and business functions across the Facebook family
* Develop and execute integrated seller engagement programs/campaigns to drive the business metrics for Facebook Commerce solutions
* Partner with research, business and product marketing teams to define segmentation, targeting, value proposition and outreach methods for seller marketing
* Identify significant long-term opportunities based on quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, research and a strategic view of the direction of the market
* Build and manage end-to-end marketing funnel metrics, set targets & track key KPIs against targets
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of work experience
* Experience working within e-commerce and/or marketplaces space
* 12+ years experience in B2B marketing, driving full funnel marketing strategy and programs
* Experience building/scaling initiatives globally, and leading cross-functional teams within matrix organizations to drive business outcomes
* Proven communication skills
* Customer-focused, collaborative, and data-driven experience
