As a Sourcing Manager of our Data Science Recruiting Team, you will work closely with recruiting and sourcing leaders, Data Science business leaders and cross-functional partners to drive effective sourcing strategies to grow the Data Science business.

Sourcing Manager, Data Science Recruiting Responsibilities

* Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet Data Science business objectives

* Provide expert advice on effective sourcing strategies to a team of strategic sourcers by driving creative talent-finding strategies while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience

* Mentor and guide sourcers in identifying non-traditional and diverse talent, using social media and other related platforms with a focus on sourcing passive candidates

* Design customized and executable staffing plans while building relationships with the recruiting team and Data Science client groups

* Lead and facilitate key initiatives and projects with the Sourcing team, cross-functional partners and client groups

* Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the Data Science Sourcing team

* Build strong cross-functional relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally and other Sourcing Leaders

* Utilize data to influence business decisions and sourcing strategies

Minimum Qualifications

* 8+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience

* 4+ years experience managing a team of sourcers and/or recruiters

* Experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports and developing senior individual contributors

* Experience communicating and working with cross-functional team

* Experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience leading technical sourcing or recruiting teams

* Experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports

* Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change
