JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Supervise the daily activity of the system Pole Attachment Reps and associated contract resources.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the ROW/AC Manager to balance workload among Pole Attachment Reps.

Provide technical assistance and training on Pole Attachment processes.

Ensure all pole attachment procedures and data are accurately maintained according to federal and state regulation.

Develop and impliment a system process for pole attachment inventories.

Oversee billing and collection of all revenue and costs associated with pole attachment processess and procedures.

Communicate effectively with interal and external cusomters to resolve pole attachment related issues.

Handle all personnel issues, PPR's and employee feed back in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a high level of safety with Entergy employees as well as the contractors that report to the Pole Attachment group.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

Bachelors of Business Administration or another related field, preferred.

Minimum experience required of the position

5+ years' experience in pole attachments or a related field.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position

Strong knowledge of Entergy's safety policies/rules; understand pole attachment regulation and its applications. Strong communication skills, written and oral as well as the ability to negotiate with internal and external customers.? Good presentation skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
