Job summary:
The digital marketing manager will lead all digital marketing and content for the Metcal and Techcon brands while developing best-in-class programs and processes to align with the overall marketing and communications objectives for the company. 
The digital marketing manager will have deep knowledge of the strategies and tactics of today's digital marketing ecosystem, and how to create campaigns that drive business results in a B2B environment. This role is a key leadership role of the Marketing team and will closely partner with channel Marketing and product management to drive results.
Job Duties
This challenging and exciting role will be encompassing the following job duties: 
  * Lead planning of digital marketing campaigns that exceed client expectations
  * Work with product management and engineering to generate content that supports business strategy and positions Metcal and Techcon as the thought leader in benchtop soldering and dispensing
  * Be a strong contributor to website creation and content management
  * Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, digital campaigns, landing pages, user personas, etc.
  * Effectively build relationships with channel marketing and product management teams and act as main point of contact for digital content and planning digital programs
  * Identify key metrics and analytics to track and report out to Leadership Team
  * Effectively communicate and sell fresh ideas/plans to business partners and gain alignment
  * Ability to manage multiple campaigns/clients at once and effectively prioritize work
  * Create end-user demand using on- and offline tactics including content distribution, email, search, display/retargeting, SEO, native, direct mail, webinars, blogs, etc.
  * Develop a lead gen funnel and process that delivers qualified end-user leads to channel partners.
  * Build and maintain basic social media presence and distribute content in collaboration with product marketing leaders, engineers, and industry thought leaders. 
  * Work with and lead digital agency when needed to support and amplify digital strategy
Work Experience Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following work experience:
  * 5+ years of experience executing and strategizing digital marketing programs in a B2B environment 
  * Agency background is a plus
Skills Required
The candidate should also possess the following skills, knowledge and abilities:
  * Strong understanding of email marketing, organic and paid search engine marketing, website strategy and content, CRM, webinars, content development and social media
  * Previous experience and understanding of marketing automation. Experience with HubSpot is a plus 
  * Familiar with Salesforce.com and integrating digital campaigns with it
  * Strong web analytics capabilities 
  * Optimization of landing pages, email campaigns and other digital marketing using A/B testing and optimization tools
Education Requirements
  * Bachelors degree or equivalent, ideally in Marketing
  * MBA is a plus
