Job Description

* Must be familiar with plant safety rules and guidelines.
* Must have a positive attitude, work well with a team, and have initiative in improving company operations.
* Work with maintenance manager and line lead to implement changes that have been identified.
* Work effectively with other departments.
* Prepare production lines for production.
* Overhaul production lines or building structure as needed.
Equipment
* Have operational knowledge of all equipment in the area.
* Have equipment ready to run at start of shift.
* Must have three years or more of mechanical experience in the areas of: electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, power transmission.
* Assist other maintenance in repair of line equipment when necessary.
Tools
* Must be able to use mechanical and electrical tools and shop equipment.
* Must possess a mechanical aptitude in order to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant, both electrically and mechanically.
* Perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
