Job Description
Training Systems Technologist
Key Role:
Manage the design and delivery of classroom and technology-based training programs. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualification:
-5+ years of experience with developing training content
-Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Office
-Ability to write clear and effective learning objectives and determine the learning scope, layout, and design of IT training material
-Ability to work with a diverse, geographically distributed team
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in working with IT systems across the DoD
-Knowledge of HTML Fundamentals
-Knowledge of IT Agile Methodologies
-MA or MS degree
-Instructional Systems Design Certification or Training
