Agile Coach
Key Role:
Execute SCRUM methodologies for a product life cycle. Establish Agile environment and alignment to EVM and guide teams in the Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate the product team's progress toward team goals, leads and facilitates meetings, eliminates blockers, promotes Agile quality practices, builds a high performing team, coordinates with other teams, supports ROM and level of estimate activities, and provides the team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions. Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation, including team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations. Advises on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, or standardization of processes. Coach the Agile Release Train (ART) and facilitates the ART events and processes. Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience with Agile SAFe
* Experience with Agile Release Train and JIRA
* Knowledge of EVM and DIA
* Ability to assist in Agile tooling configuration and map Agile metrics to EVM metrics
* TS/SCI clearance required
* BA or BS degree required
* PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), PMI Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Release Train Engineer
