Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

* Responsible for ITSM development (Forms, Workflows, Automation) in one or more products (PMG, Service Catalog, ServiceNow)
* Responsible for the custom development of homegrown applications, enabling the CRIS Organization to deliver value faster to our Business Partners
* Perform impact analysis and resolve in-process problems
* Create and execute the test cases for the application
* Deploy the application on web servers where needed and perform the end to end testing manually
* Help team to capture all the data and workflow related information of Business Partners
* Perform research on various technologies and suggest creative solutions
* Design and generate various reports

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in SDLC from Software Requirements Analysis Phase to Design, Documentation, Development, Testing, Integration, Implementation (UAT & production) and Maintenance
* 4+ years in writing Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers and optimizing of Queries using Query Analyzer using SQL Server
* 3+ years in writing the Reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and integrate with Web pages
* 3+ years of experience in Agile Methodologies
* Core Development skills in C, JQuery, Entity Framework, VB.Net, ASP.NET, MVC, ASP, .NET Core, Java script, AngularJS, Python
* 2+ years of experience in the creation of RestfulAPI (Web services)
* In-depth knowledge of databases like SQL Server 2012
* Thorough understanding of Agile and participate in the agile development process ensuring deliverables are met on time and of high quality

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ Years developing in the Kendo UI framework
* 2+ Years developing with Microservices Architecture
* 2+ years in the design, build and support of computing platforms hosted on Azure Stack
* 2+ Years working with Kubernetes
* 2+ Years' experience working in Typescript Frameworks (Angular)
* 2+ years of experience with technical systems architecture documentation using standardized notation (PlantUML Preferred)
* 2+ Years working in ServiceNow to build forms and workflows
* 2+ Years PMG/Service Catalog development experience
* 2+ Years' experience working in Azure DevOps and Rally
