This leader will be responsible for project managing the OptumRx Client Testing Capability development at a program and project level. This role will assist with defining the vision, plan, and overall execution of developing end-to-end testing capabilities in support of the client and member OptumRx experience. This leader will assist with the facilitation of cross-functional call forums focused on identification of current testing/audit functions, and design of internal and external end-to-end testing capabilities. This role will assist in executive and leadership reporting, metrics, and governance activities. Leader must gain deep understanding of functions and processes of OptumRx operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Gain a deep understanding of functional areas across OptumRx to facilitate cross-functional discussions, decision-making and issue resolution
* Work cross-functionally across the OptumRx teams and leadership to drive development and implementation of testing capabilities
* Participate actively in cross-functional call forums in support of test readiness activities including requirements, testing, and defect resolution
* Participate in governance forum in support of end-to-end testing during onboarding and renewal process of new and existing clients
This position requires sound ability to facilitate through customer issues, functional issues, and business process decisions. This position should also be focused on gaining consensus with key team members to identify the best business solution possible to improve our readiness processes.

Required Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
* Matrix partner management experience
* 5+ years' experience in a fast paced strategic environment that includes technical design, business process analysis, business application implementation and associated skills
* Experience facilitating across functional team through major process and business changes
* Experience performing trending and statistical analysis to make tough business decisions
* Experience utilizing data to influence key process decision makers
* Experience using excellent judgment, problem resolution, team building, negotiation, conflict resolution, budgeting, decision-making, & experience working under continual deadline pressure
* Experience effectively using time management & scheduling skills
* Experience risk planning skills & risk identification, quantification, & response planning
* Proven ability to motivate & influence
* Experience working in multiple areas of business
