The DEI Talent Management Sr. Director will provide thought leadership, strong collaboration and consulting in the areas of diversity, equality and inclusion, talent management, talent development and change management. You will partner with our HR teams to integrate DE&I practices into our company-wide learning and development people programs. As the ideal candidate, you are able to move fast, think globally, navigate ambiguity, build solid relationships across multiple teams and execute effectively. You will partner closely with our People Development team, Diversity Business Partners and Human Resource Business Partners to drive ideation, consultation and delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Lead all aspects of DE&I Talent Management and Development Programs to ensure opportunity and advancement for all team members
* Evolve and expand Microns Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to business focused groups that positively impact the business and team member retention through effective leadership, engagement, programming and management across all countries.
* Manage and develop two direct reports; the ERG Program Manager and Senior Program Manager, DEI Learning.
* Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to ensure that all DEI learning programs, tools and processes are regionalized.
* Demonstrate solid understanding of implicit bias/bias mitigation concepts and/or behavioral competencies to incorporate in existing talent management solutions
* Partner with the HR programs team to implement DEI strategies into performance management, career development, and employee engagement programs and processes
* Partner with Learning & Development Team to ensure DEI research, scenarios and strategies are fully incorporated in training development, design and facilitation
* Identifies training needs for HR to build capability (or can refine/update existing solutions) to help increase understanding and awareness of DEI topics and work experiences of diverse groups
* Provides organizational change guidance as systems/processes are executed
* Manage and execute projects and initiatives such as planning, design, development, identifying partners, identifying key achievements, meeting deadlines and selecting appropriate metrics to assess outcomes
* Partner with People Analytics team to request, gather and compile reports and analyze trends to support success of DEI programs and trainings.
* Act as DEI Business Partner U.S. region.
* Enhance our Inclusive Culture by creating and deploying DEI training programs globally. Audit existing HR trainings to enhance DEI content.
* Redesign and integrate the DEI business processes in the full employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, hiring, performance management, learning & leadership development initiatives).
* Own and manage multiple company-wide, global DEI programs that drive engagement and inclusion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in human resources or business administration or related field of study.
* 5-10 years experience leading DEI, Learning or HR initiatives in a corporate environment
* 5+ years as a Manager
* Experience in HR Centers of Excellence including HRBP function is a plus
* Highly ambitious and tenacious.
* Solid ability to operate in a dynamic workplace and navigate ambiguity.
* Prior experience working in a large, global organization.
* Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards action
* Ability to travel
