As the DRAM CMP Process Development Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for setting the strategy for future technology development to meet the DRAM program requirements. You will be responsible to engage with suppliers to develop the processes and equipment needs to meet Microns DRAM technology roadmap. You will work closely with Process Integration, Manufacturing Development Engineering, Planning, and other Process Development areas to develop robust CMP processes which can meet transfer criteria. You will be expected to engage with worldwide equipment and alignment teams to help drive the strategy for DRAM CMP. You will also lead team member development including performance evaluations, career conversations and mentoring.

Responsibilities include:

* Build and manage the strategy for developing process technology for the assigned products in Technology Development
* Provide day-to-day project management and technical direction for your team
* Manage the needs of multiple customers and set priorities for your team
* Understand and resolve yield and defect issues related to the CMP area
* Collaborate with Manufacturing Development Engineering to meet Technology Development product quality and cycle time goals
* Engage with manufacturing sites, Manufacturing Integration and Central Teams to provide technical direction and maintain alignment between high volume manufacturing (HVM) and Technology Development
* Drive continuous process and efficiency improvements to meet the needs of Process Integration and HVM
* Interact and drive vendors to ensure alignment and timely solutions to meet organization requirements
* Provide feedback to your team members regarding performance and career development ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their performance at all times
* Establish and communicate performance goals to the team and conduct goal-based performance evaluations

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in an Engineering, Materials Science or similar related field. PhD or MS preferred.
* Three years of process development experience at Micron or equivalent experience at another company.
