Compensation: $17.87/hr
POSITION PURPOSE
Expanding vocational opportunities for persons with psychiatric disabilities providing individualized, community-based and integrated employment support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC
Directly assist consumers to choose, obtain and maintain competitive employment
Identify, cultivate and document community employment opportunities
Assist to measure employer and consumer satisfaction at least on a semi-annual basis
Appropriate documentation and recording within the case record according to policy
Participate in ongoing clinical supervision
Regularly attend team meetings and huddles
Adhere to ongoing professional training policies
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, VR, and community
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION(S): EDUCATION
High School/GED required
Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field preferred
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least four (4) years of experience required if a High School/GED is the highest education obtained
At least two (2) years of experience required if an Associate's degree is the highest education obtained
(*If the degree is an Associate's of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support from an approved institution; then no additional experience is required)
At least one (1) year of experience required if a non-human service Bachelor's degree is the highest education obtained
All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities
A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
The ability to obtain and maintain a Class E MO driver's license by the end of the 60-day introductory period required (ICTS program only)
