Provides primary nursing support to the physician and patient to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patients condition. Provides support to the business operations through understanding of business functions.
LPN, Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
Requires knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice; organizational policies, regulations and procedures to administer patient care; medical equipment and instruments used to provide patient care; and common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment. Requires skill to identify problems and recommend solutions; prepare and maintain accurate records; develop and maintain quality assurance; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, patients, office staff and the public.
