The Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH) Research Project Coordinator I is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, managing and reporting on multiple aspects of a multidisciplinary research program. The Research Project Coordinator I of BSWH will use project management skills and tools to develop and implement strategies that ensure timely advancement of a proposed research program to meet intended goals and objectives while complying with all institutional, federal and state rules and regulations and funding constraints. The Research Project Coordinator I will motivate positive working relationships within the program team, including internal and external team members.

* Prepare documentation and team for program, consortium, and internal quarterly site visits

* Maintain Regulatory binders

* Sustain Local IRB updates, and work with other team members (Regulatory, Compliance, Quality Assurance)

* Work with Project Director and Principal Investigator to incorporate work effort into overall Project Schedule
