As a Solution Management Intern at SAP NS2, you will provide a variety of administrative support to the NS2 Solution Management team. Work closely with team leads to support the different cloud products and initiatives. Aid in the design of tools and processes to support team member collaboration, create new content and collateral, design new graphics and support the cloud program. Participate in special projects, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills
* Analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
* Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes and insight
* Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization ideas

Job Description:

* Assist with documenting environment testing and contracting efforts
* Create customer-facing materials and documenting processes.
* Evaluate current processes and tools supporting enablement, go-live tracking and communications and aid in the definition and development of new processes and tools to support these activities within NS2
* Develop communications in support of enablement programs and activities
* Collaborate on cross-functional projects

Education Requirements

* Must be working towards obtaining college credited degree or a recent graduate with a business or technical degree.
