The Senior Microsoft AD / ADFS Consultant will be responsible for 3rd level support on Active Directory / ADFS / Azure Infrastructure as well as working on internal service improvement projects.
The position requires strong analytical skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Mgmt.
Experience managing high-availability systems in a technically complex environment and the ability to perform under pressure are valued assets, in addition to:
* Work together with a team of technical experts to ensure ongoing stability of SAPs AD / ADFS / Azure infrastructure and related services.
* Conduct backup / disaster recovery processes.
* Deliver architecture recommendations based on industry best practices.
* Contribute towards the implementation and optimization of authentication systems.
* Ensure guidelines, policies, tools and processes are kept up-to-date
* Share your knowledge continuously to the team and promote participation in team meetings
SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES:

EXPERIENCE (ROLE REQUIREMENTS):
* Strong background in AD and ADFS (O365)
* Knowledge or strong background in PowerShell, SCOM and Authentication Protocols (Kerberos, SAML, Certificate based) and DNS.
* Experience working on transnational projects or teams
* Managing support requests from 2nd level
* Maintaining a high level of service to customers
* Following service management processes
