The Role:
We are searching for a Sr. Product Manager who can hold a leadership position in building imaging infrastructure that power the revolutionary Just-Walk-Out (JWO) technology. The individual is passionate about defining the future product strategy, drive development of innovative initiatives, navigate in a complex start-up environment, exercise business judgment to evaluate trade-offs, and influence cross-functional tech strategy and prioritization. To succeed in this role, the individual will be comfortable to perform multiple large, cross-organization, complex, and business-critical feature development. The individual will work closely with a cross-functional team across product management, engineering, business, operations and finance. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continuously adapting to the fast-moving technology and business improvements. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment thats more startup than a big company. Lead the development of the product vision, strategy and roadmap
Create consensus for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Lead the definition and management of high quality product roadmaps toward the team's strategy and vision
Lead prioritization and trade-offs among tech performance, customer experience, associate experience and development resources
Work closely with software engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to deliver features to customers
Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning
Actively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the teams ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
Experience coordinating complex program development cycles
Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities
Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and driving results
Strong verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Advanced skills and experience with Excel and Access, or similar database
5+ years of relevant work experience including vendor management or supply chain management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree
Product management experience.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and senior management as required.
Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment
Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data.
