1st Shift Weekend, Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:00pm

2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm

3rd Shift, Monday - Friday, 11:00pm - 7:00am

3rd Shift Weekend, Friday - Sunday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

Join XPO Logistics, a company named among the worlds most admired by Fortune and one of Americas best employers by Forbes. As a Loss Prevention Lead you responsible for security & loss prevention functions within the facility to achieve maximum shrink reduction and protection of company assets.

In this position you are responsible for enforcing all security and loss prevention policies and procedures.

This position reports to the Loss Prevention Supervisor and has loss prevention agent direct reports.

What youll do on a typical day:

* Proactively analyze leading indicators to create, influence, drive, and deliver results on loss prevention performance within the facility
* Engage, coach, train, and influence loss prevention agents to be an extension of XPO Loss Prevention Department by equipping them with knowledge to identify leading indicators of Loss Prevention risk and educate them on the appropriate escalation path
* Enhance, track, and report on key Loss Prevention goals and metrics
* Investigate workplace violence incidents working in conjunction with Loss Prevention Supervisor and XPO Corporate Security Manager
* Ensure all loss prevention team members understand XPO Global Security Operations, and Loss Prevention vision and values in order to align performance
* Ensure internal controls are adhered to per XPO security standards

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:

* 2+ years of Loss Prevention or Security experience.
* Knowledge and experience with security systems.
* 10%-20% travel may be required.

Itd be great if you also have:

* Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights and/or weekends
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
* 1 year of experience as a supervisor
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* This job requires the ability to:
* Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
* Tolerate weather elements, including heat, cold, rain, snow and wind
* Work independently
