Responsibilities

Psych Registered Nurses (RN) - Full-Time, 12 hour shifts -7p-7:30am or 7a-7:30 pm

* New grads welcomed on night shift only

Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is a newly opened (July, 2018) 126-bed, inpatient psychiatric hospital and start-up joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services.

In addition to a general adult unit and dedicated adolescent unit, the new facility will also offer services for treating those with co-occurring disorders on the psychiatric-medical unit, an intensive adult unit to care for those with severe conditions, as well as a women's trauma unit.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

* RN Licensure: Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
* Must be willing to work with adults and adolescents
* Previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience preferred
* Knowledge of principles and practices relevant to nursing and patient care activities
* CPR Certification is required upon hire or will be provided at orientation
