We currently have a position available for a Full Time Plant Operations Technician in the Plant Operations Department. Schedule is 40 hours per week; may include weekends and may include holidays and over time. Full Time positions are benefitted positions that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k/Stock programs through Fidelity Investments, PTO, Sick Pay, as well as other flexible options.
This position performs a variety of services in and around the Hospital in the areas of Plant Operations and Maintenance, and environmental services. Responsibilities include but not limited to repair and maintenance of clinical, mechanical equipment and information systems, ensures orderly and sanitary conditions of the Hospital, cleans and services the facility and ground areas.
Del Amo Behavioral Health Systems is a 166-Bed behavioral and mental health hospital that provides comprehensive treatment for children, adolescents, adults, seniors and the military. Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Credential:
Valid California Driver's License in order to drive hospital/facility vehicles or on hospital business.
Experience:
* Experience working in behavioral health or in a hospital environment preferred.
* Trade/Vocational experience preferred.
* Previous experience in environmental services (hospital/hotel industry) preferred.
* Computer experience preferred.
