What youll do

The Corporate Solution Delivery organization leads the evolving software and systems at TJX for Finance, Human Resources, Collaboration, and Analytics. We chase the big, strategic initiatives enabling TJX to make faster, smarter decisions every day.

As a Data & Cloud Engineer you will take ownership of designing, building and leading Analytics pipelines for Enterprise Data & Analytics. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive Analytics Landscape of TJX. You will partner with other Data Analytics teams and Business Stakeholders to showcase new data technologies.

What youll need

Our team is redefining the professional experience for thousands of TJX business associates across the globe, and expects team members to bring passion and out-of-the-box thinking to our mission.

Critical skills needed:

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent Engineering skillset / training / work experience in relevant technical domain
* 5-8 years Engineering experience in relevant technical domain
* ETL tool experience
* Experience working in a Cloud environment, Azure Cloud (preferred)

Secondary (nice to have) skills:

* Experience with Talend for implementing large scale Data Engineering projects
* Experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse implementation for Data Warehousing, Analytics and BI applications
* Experience with Data Engineering and DevOps knowledge
* Experience using programming languages like Python, Shell Scripting and Scala.
* Experience with Datastage
* Strong communication skills and teamwork focused mindset.
