Coordinator will need to be flexible with their schedule to be able to audit 1st, 2nd, and 3rdshifts

Position Description:
The primary role of the ES Coordinator is to insure the accuracy of Engineered Standards and attribution.

Essential Job Functions:

* Coordinator will conduct weekly audits across all areas and shifts on a weekly basis.
* Coordinator will need to be flexible with their schedule to be able audit 1st, 2nd, and 3hird shift.
* Audits will be performed by the observations of work methods, verifying attributes, and through systemic queries.
* Ensure Attributes written by the clerks are correct, and that they have been entered into SCAN correctly.
* Ensure Associates are following the attributes correctly. Results will be communicated and validated with area management.
* Record errors and publish results weekly to DCs management.
* Other duties include the creation of attribute training, conducting attribute training for GWAs, spreadsheet development, data collection, and other duties assigned by the Sr. Industrial Engineer.

Minimum Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Aptitude in basic and statistical math
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Organized and detail oriented
* Good analytical skills

Familiarity with SCAN is a plus
