Santa Clara, CA

What will you do?

Primary role picking, pulling & staging finished goods for shipping of completed systems.

Ensures that Work Order components, supplies, labels, subassemblies, and/or products are labeled correctly for export.

Distributes the received materials to the appropriate location. (IQC/purchase requestor/stockroom)

Receiving and stocking material handling support

Organizes/maintains stockroom and other locations under manager/supervisor

Performs cycle-counts of materials locations records results to Inventory clerk

Packaging and Shipping support as required

How will you get here?

Education:

High school diploma, and/or 2+ years of materials and/or manufacturing-related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements.

Employee may be required to lift objects up to 25lbs or more. Employees will be required to work in an air conditioned office space and possibly perform some tasks in our non-temperature controlled warehouse space.

Good organizational skills, attention to details, and follow-through skills.

Good verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform efficiently in a constantly changing work environment.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet/database software.

Ability to utilize both manual and integrated software ERP systems. Intuitive experience preferred.

Ability to read and comprehend written instructions (e.g., safety manuals, SOPs & WIs).

Basic mathematical skills.
