We currently have an opening for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Inbound Coordinator on 2nd shift. The hours are 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.

Primary Position Summary

The inbound coordinator helps coordinate and manage the scheduling and documentation of all inbound trailers and containers.

Job Duties:

* Document all Inbound trailers into master database
* Responsible for reporting containers/trailers metrics
* Maintain electronic records according to the record retention policy
* Set appointments for inbound carriers
* Create folders to support container unloads
* Prep all inbound trailers/containers for systemic receipt; Problem solve as necessary
* Must understand all inbound activities to provide support to the department
* Supports and provides back up for shipping clerk
* Other duties as the business needs dictate

Position Requirements:

* Must have general computer knowledge; Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Access is a plus
* Requires strong communication skills; oral and written
* Must be able to work independently without direct supervision
* Must be flexible, a self-starter and able to multitask and prioritize
* Excellent attention to detail
* Must be able to work overtime
