Shriners Children's Texas, the premier pediatric b urn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialities medical center, has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to serve our Chief of Staff - Orthopaedics. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Chief of Staff as well as other medical staff to include:

* plan and organize office operations
* coordinate committee activities including preparing minutes, meeting materials, agendas and scheduling
* prepare correspondence and perform transcription duties
* manage executive's schedule and travel arrangements
* provide administrative support for Residency and Fellowship programs

Job Requirements

Education

Associates degree preferred

Experience

5 years executive level administrative experience in a hospital setting preferred

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
