The digital marketer in this role will help scale and execute AppExchanges integrated digital marketing strategies and initiatives to increase awareness and usage of AppExchange and its partner solutions among Salesforce customers and prospects. To be successful, the person in this role will need to drive the ideation and execution of our SEM, display, video, and SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive and data-driven, integrated with the greater team, possesses deep channel knowledge, articulates ideas clearly, and has proven experience hitting marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, measure, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across channels including SEM, SEO, website, display, and video that acquire, activate, and engage customers and prospects.
* Partner and align with internal teams including AppExchange Marketing Program (AMP), strategic co-marketing, product marketing, product management, campaigns, content, creative, analytics to deliver best-in-class digital marketing campaigns.
* Measure and report regularly on performance and assess impact on major AppExchange marketing KPIs and goals.
* Leverage data and signals to inform optimizations and long-term strategy.
* Scale our digital marketing strategy with a holistic understanding of our goals, audiences, channels, and offers.
* Forecast performance and plan quarterly budgets for our digital marketing initiatives.
* Implement and analyze testing scenarios in areas including ad creative, landing page, offer messaging, target segments, and placements.
* Identify and present new data-driven opportunities in the areas of content creation/optimization, channel investment, customer journeys, conversion-rate optimization, new audience segments, and processes.
Skills / Experience:
* 2+ years digital marketing experience with deep hands-on expertise in SEM, display, video, SEO, website strategy.
* Experience with advertising platforms including Google Ads Editor, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and DSPs.
* Experience integrating multiple digital marketing channels to reach unified goals.
* Advanced analytical skills to dissect multiple data points and surface actionable insights. Must have experience using Google Analytics or other marketing analytics solutions to help drive decisions.
* Both a strategic and tactical thinker.
* Strong creative skills to cater messaging and creative to our target audience.
* Refined interpersonal skills to clearly communicate ideas and present to leadership.
* Experience managing multi-campaign budgets with constant fluidity.
* Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
