POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Manager, Global Network Services, you will report directly to the VP, Global Network Services of PVH. Your peers will be both on the Global Network Services team as well as outside the team. In this role you will be responsible to create resource and functional plans that will enable both the global team and regional team to forecast work in a predictable manner for items such as Switching, Firewall IPAM and UC platforms.

You will provide leadership and guidance to the Global mission of the PVH Global Network Services group, focused on ensuring that Infrastructure investments and initiatives in project management services are aligned with the IT PVH strategy and priorities. Build and develop a team and help develop peers by mentoring, coaching, and educating the Global Network Infrastructure team members, ensuring that highest service levels are consistently provided in compliance with PVH IT standards and methodologies.

* The Network Services portfolio comprises of LAN/WAN, Unified Communications, firewalls, gateways, proxies, corporate/cloud connectivity, wireless, video conferencing, load balancing, etc. across major vendors (i.e. Cisco, Juniper, F5, Netscaler, etc.).
* You will support projects working closely with the team and the PMO to ensure the successful delivery of projects for the department while ensuring budgetary responsibilities are met.
* As a member of the PVH Infrastructure group, the Manager, Global Network Services will need strong leadership, strategic agility, technical expertise and practical implementation experience to continually advance the Companys IT Technology and Services capabilities by ensuring Heatmaps and inventories are up to date and accurate.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

* Overseeing the engineering functions and ensuring a standard methodology and employed (Plan/Build/Deploy).
* Developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas within the team.
* Drive issues to conclusion with consistent problem isolation, determination and remediation technics.
* System integration and design: Ability to understand application, network and system capabilities and produce infrastructure designs that meet business requirements.
* Project manage moderate-to-complex projects based on PMO methodologies
* Provide leadership and continually maintain high morale within the team; Ensure the elevation of teams skills development
* Foster and maintained existing and new vendor/partner/outsourcing relationships
* Oversee reports of team tasks and projects on a weekly and monthly basis
* Ensure all infrastructure/network diagrams and documentations are up-to-date.

Experience:

* Minimum of 8 years managing Technology teams with a Networking Service focus
* Prior people management, either direct or indirect, strongly preferred

Education:

* Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Computer Science or related discipline. Combination of education and work experience will be considered
* Profession certification (i.e. PMP) strongly preferred

Skills:

* Demonstrable leadership skills of technical resources
* Experience in administering a multi-site global organization
* Must possess hands-on infrastructure background with minimum of 8+ years experience
* Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Ability to work independently under little supervision within a demanding client centric environment.
* Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a high level of initiative
* Ability to interface with various levels of management
* Ideal candidate is an expert at multitasking with an knowledge of Network/ UC/ Telephony infrastructure technologies (i.e. LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancing, Quality of Service, Voice-Over-IP, Cisco, F5, NetScalar, security management, wireless networking, routing, switching, networking protocols/standards, etc.)
* Must possess infrastructure services background and understand large scale business processes
* Must have significant experience in managing large complex integrated LAN/WAN networks with integrated telephony across telecom providers like AT&T, Verizon, PCCW, Altice, etc.
* Provide leadership in the areas of customer support and interaction, adherence to policies and processes, coordination with other IT development and support groups
* Acquire solid understanding of the culture of PVH
* Maintain close awareness of the priorities and activities of the internal customers and how they relate to overall objective/target; challenge initiatives when needed
* Ability to contribute both strategically and tactically
* Possess impeccable communication/phone skills
* Experience troubleshooting and supporting store and remote office connectivity
* Engage vendors or other 3rd party support as needed, monitor and achieve technical issues resolution as a formal RCA.
* Willingness to learn, be a team player and a strong cross functional partner
