Job Description

As an Applications Team Supervisor, you direct activity of non-exempt team accountable for the Applications testing of current and future products to Auto OEM customer specifications. Would you like to lead all aspects of activities on the assigned shift to support Operations and Technical spray requests? You are responsible for leading the team to work safely and efficiently to meet results! This will support night shift and could include working weekends.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain Safe Operations outstanding safety record Role model for safety mentor and support safe behaviors for technicians
* Interact with Operations groups and Customer technical leads and Engineering organization informally and formally for batch production results and technical project results.
* Coordinate performance of team including leading performance year conversations and documents, direct daily activities, reviewing time record keeping, 5S alignment, and additional spray results.
* Comprehension of testing methods and accurate interpretation of results following customer specifications
* Identify and communicate out Process and Equipment issues to the appropriate teams and resources to help minimize issues
* Ensure accurate training of technicians on shift including maintaining training documentation

Qualifications

* High School or G.E.D. equivalent is required
* 2 years experience in manufacturing, quality, or lab setting preferred
* Previous supervisory experience is preferred
