Customer Intelligence Associate, Consumer brands, including WSJ and Barron's
As part of the consumer-focused business units within the wider Customer Intelligence team, the Customer Intelligence Associate helps to deliver the key customer insights our consumer brands need to drive growth through a customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Understand and deliver insights based on data from a variety of resources, including primary research projects (conducted in-house or via an agency), secondary research, and proprietary customer data
* Develop strong working relationships with teams across the business in order to deliver tailored and relevant insights
* Deliver end-to-end research projects, from taking a brief, to designing a research or analytics approach, through to execution, analysis and reporting whether independently or as part of a working group
* Share insights and information by delivering presentations to teams across the business
* Develop data science solutions and perform advanced analytics as part of our research such as driver,-, cluster- and factor- analysis, regression-, propensity- and predictive modelling, and text analytics
* Develop scientific approaches to execute and mining large scale data analytics projects for various business units across the company so as to increase ROI for existing datasets, and drive additional insights
* Support other members of the Customer Intelligence team to deliver major projects and always-on tracking programs, such as brand tracking
* Oversee the Live Events evaluation programme and continue to optimize the data collection and analysis, with a particular focus on increasing automatization as well as leveraging the ever-expanding dataset for more advanced analytics
* Support the team's drive towards being a Center of Excellence by helping improve technical expertise in the team in the areas of analytics, statistics, and modelling by upskilling and training other team members, and undertake review of social sciences literature and the latest research methodologies to ensure that we incorporate the newest, best and most scientifically robust techniques in our work and adhere to best practice

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint, Tableau, and G-suite, especially Google Slides
* Experience with, or a strong interest in, the media sector
