Job Summary

AECOM Hunt is seeking an experience and talented Project Executive to be based out of our Chicago, IL office. This position is expected to begin in January 2021

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.

* Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.

* Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.

* Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 12 years of construction management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

* Past experience managing ground-up commercial projects totaling upwards to $100MAdditional Information:
