Support the Customer Solutions/Sales Operation group with activities including various DCS processing, project coordination, and overall group support for administrative needs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

nn

* Responsible for customer complaint and follow up for finished goods warehouse.
* Responsible for Materialize activity as it relates to populating Fed Ex tracking numbers for shipments from Warsaw and verification of product receipts for vendor approval in Stellent.
* Support invoicing process for DeNovo.
* Place orders in DCS for quality hold investigations and warehouse returns.
* Coordinate special project needs, including monthly metric reporting.
* Assist with EDI error processing.
* Support the wider sales operations group with various meeting events, travel, and supply needs as required.

Education/Experience Requirements

* High school diploma (or equivalent) required
* 2+ years in a distribution, shipping or inventory management environment
* 1st and 2nd shifts available
* Wear mask or face shield is required
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
