Opportunity to join the SVE and GCAD Labs and Licensing team to drive a broad variety of functions in support of global organizational operations, gaining valuable experience in and delivering value to SVE / CAD / SoC processes

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Resource Management & Planning

o Headcount management across departments, functions, titles, premium vs value tiers, and funding sources in the global SVE and GCAD organizations

o End to end headcount resource management process ownership

o Program management of Intern and university student projects

o Management of recruiting process with senior management team.

o Support in resolving immigration and export license issues with new hires

o Management of all new employee onboarding procedures

o Job code audit support

o Qtime/Tempus fidelity management for the organization to map to SoC/Technology allocation strategies

* Senior Management Event Support

o Org wide major event preparation: All Hands, Summits, senior management meetings, and other org wide event preparation

o Working with our global teams in Ireland, Israel, India, and France. headcount management, project alignment, process improvement, automation, etc.

* Space Planning & Construction Management

o Space planning anticipation and management, including acting as lead for QREF projects that impact office or lab space in the organization or involve construction

* Operations Metrics Development & Management

o Data management strategies for all core operational files, tying them to appropriate metrics/dashboards

o Establishing online metrics and dashboards and driving automation initiatives

* Global Reach & Alignment Programs

o Drive alignment of core organizational operations across all global sites

o Lead for all COVID-19 operational issues and strategies

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience OR High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.

In addition, 2+ years Engineering project or program management experience or related work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Headcount/resource planning processes and systems

* Management reporting and presentation preparation, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

* Self-motivated team player able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities and take the initiative on solving issues as they arise.

* Strong process improvement background

* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

* Knowledge and technical understanding of GSOC products and roadmaps is a big plus.

Required Competencies:

* Completing tasks that do not have defined steps; simultaneous use of multiple mental abilities is generally required to determine the best approach; mistakes may result in significant rework.

* Root cause analysis the continual ability to root cause ineffective or inefficient processes and create system solutions that address identified gaps.

* Ability to simplify and standardize processes and make them documented and repeatable.

* Analytical Skills - The ability to collect information and identify fundamental patterns/trends in data. This includes the ability to gather, integrate, and interpret information from several sources. Advanced utilization of Excel and graphics capabilities.

* Confidential information management The ability to discreetly manage and maintain confidential information without exception.

* Communication - The ability to convey information clearly and accurately, as well as choosing the most effective method of delivery (e.g., email, phone, face-to-face). Should be able to manage effective communications up to the VP level.

* Information Tracking The ability to be able to answer questions regarding core business operations on demand in meetings and other communications.

* Getting Work Done - The ability to be organized, resourceful, and effectively plan. This includes the ability to leverage multiple resources to get things done and lay out tasks in sufficient detail. This also includes the ability to get things done with fewer resources and in less time, work on multiple tasks at once without losing track, and foresee and plan around obstacles
