Manager - Pipeline Development Team

Job Description

About the role - you will:

•    Manage agency team of inside sales or sales development representatives, supporting North America and EMEA region, qualifying inbound leads very various marketing campaigns, and prospecting new leads using various outbound methods.
•    Achieve team-based efficiency goals, including # of touches per qualified lead, # of touches per rep / day, efficiency in pipeline creation, # of appointments scheduled, ROI, etc.
•    Work closely with the demand generation managers to optimize marketing investments and improve lead quality
•    Partner with the marketing technology team to implement and leverage tools and platforms to support pipeline development
•    Designing and presenting training curriculum for pipeline development reps, in tandem with product marketing
•    Organizing and deploying team resources to drive greater efficiencies in pipeline development
•    Mentoring and coaching pipeline development reps to improve lead qualification techniques
•    Coordinate inter-departmentally, as needed, to drive initiatives tied to pipeline development
•    Working with campaign, content, and creative teams, to create call-scripts and prospecting emails
•    Design nurture tracks and omni-channel automations to increase response rates 
•    Collaborate with the sales organizations to ensure smooth hand-off of new opportunities, and review quality of sales opportunities on a regular basis
•    Prepare reports and analytics for, and contribute to, regular meetings and presentations to business stakeholders and senior management

About you:

Your experience includes:

·    3 years minimum of relevant sales, marketing, and/or pipeline development experience
·    Strong familiarity with pipeline development tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft or Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
·    Expertise in the latest sales & pipeline development techniques for an inside sales, BDR, or SDR function
·    Demonstrable experience achieving pipeline development goals in past roles
·    Comprehensive understanding of various lead generation techniques, including digital marketing functions such as Account Based Marketing (ABM), SEM, paid social, B2B publishers, etc.
·    People management experience is ideal, but not mandatory. Strong leadership skills are required.
·    Experience managing agency partners and working with global teams are both a plus
