HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Business Analytics – Providing fact-based insights will be key to your success. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting business indicators of shipment, share and consumption. Your comprehensive analysis will help Kellogg take advantage of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), promotions, distribution, pricing and competitive business opportunities.
Customer Interaction – This position will involve your active participation in customer facing opportunities including bi-annual line reviews, quarterly planning meetings and monthly customer appointments. Your insightful analysis of market and brand level data will help to strengthen the relationship with the customer.
Strategic Partnerships – Utilizing cross functional relationships you will form information sharing partnerships that will lead to innovative business strategies.
Internal Collaboration – Your will take the lead on Project Work Requests. This will require working closely with Shopper Marketing to influence both the process and internal partners from idea creation to execution
People Development – Using your leadership skills you will support the growth and development of your direct report by providing ongoing clear and concise performance feedback.

Required:
Ability to apply an analytical thought process while working with multiple support functions
Must have demonstrated ability to handle multiple project assignments in a timely manner
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent presentation, communication, time management and organizational skills
