Job Description
Position Purpose:
The fixed income division makes markets in various fixed income instruments like municipal bonds, corporate bonds, govt treasuries, agencies, mortgages and emerging markets . The role will be working with a senior developer with the group and understanding the existing Trading platform Gxecute and contributing towards it, as well as working on tactical projects for the front office and traders.
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Develop in C# , python, SQL DB using Visual Code and MS visual studio
you will be writing code to solve business problems, connecting to exchanges, extending existing trading , settlement and clearing platform
You will be mentored by a senior member of the staff and activities will include developing front ends, writing sql scripts, writing datafiles to the central Daas Platform
Maintains prompt and regular attendance

Job Requirements:
Must currently be a Sophomore or higher
Prior work experience or interesting college projects
soft skills such as communication, teamwork, organization
knowledge of any 2 of these language C#, java, SQL, Python , plus excellent problem solving and coding skills.
Must be authorized to work for any US employer
Physical requirements/Working conditions:
Climate controlled office environment
Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
