Job Description
As a member of the GE Digital Central Marketing Team for the Oil & Gas and Power Generation Business Unit, the Regional Revenue Marketing Manager is the primary liaison between the marketing team and the regional commercial teams. This position owns regional marketing KPIs for sales pipeline and is responsible for accelerating the sales cycle for prospects and customers through the execution of marketing programs. The Regional Revenue Marketing Manager’s primary focus is on generating awareness and demand by using a variety of marketing strategies and tactics localized for the specific needs in region, but that are aligned to global programs. **Open to remote work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design & execution of customer-focused, market development initiatives to drive incremental growth for P&Ls. Prioritize & lead key cross business initiatives, support launch & growth of new/existing technologies & services.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree – Preferred in Marketing, Communications or Business
3-7 years Sales Support/Field Demand Gen Experience
On Premise Enterprise Software and SaaS marketing/sales experience
Desired Characteristics
Proficient in multiple languages in addition to English
Industry experience within Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with Senior Sales & Marketing Executives· Demonstrated software business acumen with experience marketing into senior enterprise technology buying centers (CEO, CIO, CFO, COO, VP of Ops, VP of IT, etc.)
Demonstrated experience developing campaign nurture strategies that methodically move buyers thru a dynamic but prescriptive online journey
Working knowledge of the commercial marketing technology stack (SFDC, Marketo, etc.)
Current on the latest trends and best practices in marketing & measurement
Results and goal oriented individual, focused on delivered results to internal and external customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
