JOB SUMMARY:

Execute our selling initiatives in store, help our stylists and sellers deliver on the right experiences

for the customer and evolve in the way we serve them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Partner with Regional Manager & Store Managers in bringing selling initiatives to life in the stores

* Support Department Managers in leading selling teams and developing selling skills

* Help to support the stylists & salespeople in delivering results, remote selling & using our selling tools (Style Board & Style Links)

* Directly support the Get Connected Program

* Travel to each store twice a month (60% travel)

* Support 4-6 FL stores

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience as a sales department manager or equivalent

* Ability to work independently and effectively

* Proven leadership skills, including leading through influence

* Ability to drive the execution and completion of deliverables/initiatives on time and with appropriate rigor & urgency

* Deep expertise in selling skills and tools

* Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, including experience facilitating training

* Strong organization and follow-through skills

* A proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships at all levels of the pyramid including store partners

* Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
