Integrated Product Support (IPS) continues to be a catalyst for new business growth. Our focus is to support the customer and leading our product teams through the complexities of both sustainment and acquisition logistics. This role will support both development and aftermarket support activities. To that end, we are seeking a Manager, Business Program Management to lead an Integrated Product Support Team in Richardson, TX.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Responsible for domestic workforce planning and organizational development initiatives: Talent Management; Performance Management; Change Management; Training; Assist in the Integration of Acquisitions.

* Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs/projects or subsystems of major programs/projects: Direct specific phases of programs/projects from inception through completion

* Identify program problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

* Identify new support business opportunities.

* Educate internal customers on our value proposition

* Responsible for deploying and executing Integrated Product Support techniques and corrective action on a daily basis.

* Serve as a subject matter expert for Acquisition and Sustainment Support activities and execution.

* Provide leadership in the areas of planning, organization and coordination of all functional departments necessary to support pursuits and the execution of a large array of logistic activities across multiple functional disciplines.

* Provide support to the Business Development organization in ensuring pursuit activities are consistent with the overall business strategy.

* The position requires demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting objectives and satisfying customer requirements.

* The individual is expected to operate with the highest level of attention to adherence to Collins Standards of Business Conduct

* Builds strong and extensive working relationships internally and externally.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR

* Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR

* In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required

* Must be a U.S. Citizen

* Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements

* Strong understanding of Military requirements

* Experience leading Off-site/Telecommuting employees

* Must have strong oral/written communication skills
