Job Description Summary

Responsible for daily operational processes and analysis of an Operations unit for a variety of business operational and administration activities within an assigned group to support the Back Office Operations of Capital Market and Treasury. Acts as the operational expert and addresses operational issues to ensure they are resolved in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Essential Job Functions

* Manages all operation functions within the assigned organization (End to End Operations). Ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to as defined by bank standards and aligned with corporate goals and initiatives and comply with regulatory guidelines.
* Execute work flow processes and evaluates procedures. Implements changes to improve efficiencies. Ensures that all policies and procedures set by business unit are being followed.
* Analyzes and reviews internal and industry changes and recommends changes that may impact business needs.
* Partners with management and staff to work on planning, implementation of projects that support the operational function.
* Recommends changes and evaluate resources and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, and managing projects to completion.

Required Experience

* Requires previous experience in Derivatives and Foreign Exchange. Knowledge in this areas are typically obtained through education and/or experience.
* May have practical knowledge of project management.
* Requires 2 years minimum prior relevant experience.

Other Job Duties

* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Produce and monitors reports related to Mark to Market and Initial Margin.
* Knowledge of Collateral Management as directed by the Credit Support Annex (CSA).
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS applications
* Support Front and Middle offices for Capital Market and Treasury transactions
* Including clerical duties, as e-mails, Mails, assess corresponding banking services, confirmations and settlement of financial transactions.
* Knowledge and ability to utilize computers and related technology efficiently is required due to the access to multiple systems and applications.
