From print to digital to motion graphics to conceptualizing engaging training content to help our Cast in Facilities Operations Services be successful in their roles of maintaining the magic that our Guests experience every day. You will report to the Multimedia Sr Designer.
Responsibilities:
As a Multimedia Designer you can bring concepts to reality in everything you touch from animation to graphics to photography and video in the development of a variety of digital training assets that will be used to enhance the effectiveness of training for Faculties Operations Services. You will help cultivate a culture of creativity to enhance training delivery in interactive and engaging ways. You will manage assets as well as plan, develop and produce materials and resources in multiple platforms.
Every day is different as a Multimedia Designer. On any one day you might:
* Produce multifaceted designs in several platforms including print, online, motion graphics and video for our audiences
* Support technical planning, development and production of materials for new training
* Manage assets
* Develop logos and branding guides for communication and training programs
* Create executive presentations for all audiences
* Partner with leaders, subject matter experts and support partners to understand the needs and collaborate on high impact creative solutions that align with project goals and desired outcomes
* Be an expert on how digital training capabilities can be used to meet our needs
Basic Qualifications:
* Solid technical background in different platforms (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office)
* 1 or more years of experience in a related field
* Experience with content management systems, graphics software, and video/audio/image editing
* Proficiency with the technical aspects of producing digital media content, including proficiency in industry relevant graphic design software
* Project management skills
* Cultivate relationships with partners
* Translate complex expectations into engaging and training friendly solutions
* Translate client or leadership content and direction into viable design/product
* Design observing style guides and branding/nomenclature standards, while delivering unique identifiable products
* Capable of self-generation of creative ideas and working with restrictions to meet individual project needs
Required Education
* BA in Fine Arts, Multimedia/Visual Communications, Video Production, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or related field
