ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for keeping stock and inventory of Sputter hardware for Lean / Anelva tooling parts
* Sort dirty hardware coming from line
* Box + label + shipping form ( Excel file program ) contact vendor for pickup
* Scrap all hardware failing gage and visual inspection during screening of dirty hardware
* Order New parts to replace scrap parts when inventory becomes low ( contact Linda Williams )
* Un-box clean hardware parts from vendor onto designated shelve location
* Keep daily balance and track open POs for cleaning cost - per part associated to vendor ( contact Linda Williams for New POs )
* Contact Vendors for special cleaning per request of Engineering Team and communicate any concerns or problems regarding cleaning and handling of all hardware.
* Keep sputter parts room clean and organized for core team members coming in to request clean hardware
* All hardware needs to be signed out Resource View System
* Must be able to lift 20-40lbs daily

Vapor Blast Cleaning:

* Clean dirty hardware using Vapor blast machines
* Wear and use all proper PPE when using and entering Vapor Blast Area Clean parts for Lean / Anelva tooling and special parts per Engineering Teams request
* Wash all parts after B-blast using Branson ultrasonic wash cleaning tool Bag and seal clean parts shelve + designated location
* Must be able to lift 5-40lbs. daily

Target Room Assistance:

* Locate and stage targets per Eng. reserve requested Measure + weigh all returning targets from line
* Stock + data entry ( TMS system ) Receive New targets
* Unpack + label+ stock + data entry ( TMS system )
* Send targets out to vendor for Bonding & de-bonding per Eng. request + Excel prog.
* Reclaim targets - Locate + weigh + data entry ( TMS ) + box + deliver bld. 007
* Assist in target room all precious metal inventory per quarter Shield reclaim weigh + data entry + Excel
* Program Daily track targets per Eng. request Excel program + TMS system
* Must be able to lift 5-40lbs daily
