Come join Intel Power Architecture and Technologies team as an SOC Power Estimation Intern. You will be responsible for creating python based scripts to model power management features and to enable power estimation at architectural level on future SOC designs. You will work under the guidance of product leads on IP/SoC architectures, and provide them with data for power management feature tradeoffs.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work classes research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant engineering field:

* 3 month of experience in python or Java or C/C++
* Requires understanding of VLSI design, microprocessor architecture, and SoC technologies
* Basic understanding of SoC designs, and micro-architecture is useful
