Primary Responsibilities:

* Perform analysis, review, forecast, and trending of complex data
* Own the development and maintenance of production and ad-hoc operational reports
* Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
* Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through Analytics
* Interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadership

Required Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
* 3 + years working knowledge of relational databases, database structures (SQL, Oracle, Teradata)
* 3 + years experience developing in business intelligence/visualization software (preferably Tableau or Power BI)
* Intermediate level of proficiency developing SQL queries
* Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
* Ability to adapt in a challenging dynamic atmosphere
* Excellent critical thinking and problem problem-solving skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data manipulation software such as Alteryx
* Healthcare Industry experience, especially related to claims, management, and prior authorization data

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
